Support is non-medical and provided while a parent or responsible adult remains present at all times.

Family - Present Support

Designed for households where support is needed, but fill hand-off care is not required. this service provides calm, practical assistance within the home while a parent or family member remains present.

We help ease daily responsibilities so routines flow more smoothly, allowing families to rest, focus, or regain balance during demanding seasons.

What Family - Present Support May Include:

  • Household assistance while children are present

  • Light supervision support alongside parents or caregivers

  • Meal preparation and Kitchen support

  • Laundry and household organization

  • Maintaining calm routines during busy or overwhelming days

  • Support during postpartum, recovery, or life transitions

Family Present support is non medical and does not replace childcare services or medical care. A parent or responsible adult remains present at all times.

Personal Support Services (Non - Medical)

Our Personal support Worker Services provide practical non- medical assistance designed to support daily living with dignity, respect, and discretion. We focus on helping individuals and families maintain routine, comfort and stability during seasons when extra support is needed.

Our Role is not medical care, but hands on assistance that supports independence, safety and overall well-being - delivered calmly and within the comfort of your home.

What PSW Support May Include:

  • Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Personal hygiene support (as appropriate and client - directed)

  • Mobility and transfer assistance (Non-clinical)

  • Meal preparation and light nutrition support

  • Light housekeeping related to daily living

  • Laundry and organization support

  • Companionship and emotional presence

  • Routine support to help structure the day

  • Support during recovery, transitions, or periods of overwhelm

    How Our PSW Services Are Delivered

    All support is provided respectfully, privately, and at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Services are tailored to your individual needs and delivered in a way that feels supportive - not intrusive

Our PSW services are non -medical and do not replace nursing, therapy, or clinical care. We work alongside other supports when needed focusing solely on daily living and personal assistance

Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Support

Following a motor vehicle accident, everyday life can suddenly feel more difficult. We provide respectful, non- medical, in-home support to individuals approved for accident benefits, helping maintain stability and routine during recover.

Our role is to support daily living - not to replace medical care . in a way that feels calm private and aligned with your recovery.

What MVA support may include:

  • Assistance with household tasks

  • Meal preparation and routine support

  • Light organization and daily structure

  • Support while adjusting to temporary or long term limitations

  • Presence during recovery at home

  • Assistance with personal care

Services may be covered through auto insurance accident benefits when approved. We can collaborate with insurers, adjusters, and care coordinators to ensure services align with approved care.
